Covid 19 effects on practice
I am going to use all precautions and cleanliness guidelines as set out by the College of Massage Therapist of BC who are under instruction by the government of BC.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any concerns or want specifics on above.
I would ask that all clients shower before treatment if possible, and if comfortable wear a mask when face up ( but not face down) during treatments.
I will be prescreening for illness the day of treatment as directed by regulations set out by government of BC,
I will be providing hand sanitizer for clients and ask that you wash your hands or use sanitizer before treatment.
I will be wearing a mask, and washing my hands (as always) and sanitizing all surfaces before/after every treatment. This includes door handles and massage table and bathroom.
I will wear gloves upon request.
For mobile treatments I will be speaking to clients regarding health and safety issues before booking appointments and I will be limiting mobile treatments to clients I have already be treating for now.
I will not be going into hospitals or care facilities at this time.
I have been practicing social distancing and only going to public spaces when I need to
I will be infusing essential oils during the day to mitigate chance of infection (Theives Oil) if you are sensitive or allergic to oils I will try to book you at the beginning of the day and wait to use oil until after you leave.
